Tremaine’s first performance on stage was at the age of two, singing a solo part in a family ensemble piece in the West Indies. Her parents named her after the famous american gospel singer Tramaine Hawkins.
Tremaine is a talented vocal-pianist & songwriter. She embraces all music styles & has a particular skill for improvisation.
Tremaine has various influences including Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Debussy, Jamiroquai, Mary Mary, Blur, Radiohead & Harlano to name but a few.
Tremaine developed her performance & directing skills singing with the CK Gospel choir, where she was the Deputy Director from 2008 to 2011. CK Gospel Choir have performed for a number of television, radio & corporate functions in the UK & Europe; supporting Mica Paris, Peter Andre & Beverly Knight.
