Tremaine has a voice that will stop you in your tracks. She is also an exceptional songwriter.Her style is a unique brand of Soul/Gospel -encouraging, heartfelt lyrics laid over beautiful jazzy chords, wrapped in a soulful groove. Her impressive vocal range, improvisations & intricate harmonies, make Tremaine an exhilarating live performer.
Notable performances include The Ideal Home Exhibition, The Strawberry Fair & Bedfringe. In May 2020 Tremaine did a live radio interview for BBC Introducing, where her single ‘Talk To Me (Pt.1)’ was featured.
And in November 2019 she supported U.S. Soul artist Darien Dean for one of his tour date performances for Focus On Jazz at The Bear Club. In addition, Tremaine has provided backing vocals for Beverly Knight, Mica paris & Peter Andre.
Tremaine developed her performance & directing skills with the CK Gospel choir ; Leading them as the Deputy Director from 2008 to 2011. Highlights include performing at Wembley Arena & reaching the 2010 semi-finals of Sky 1’s ‘Must Be the Music’
Tremaine’s first stage performance was at the tender age of two, singing a solo in a family ensemble piece in the West Indies. Her parents named her after the famous american gospel singer Tramaine Hawkins. Tremaine draws influences from Alicia Keys, Stevie Wonder, Mary Mary & Sade.
